Unsharp Mask Sharpening:

Probably the simplest of all the Photoshop sharpening tools.

We chose to use an "Amount" of 100, a "Radius" of 1.0 pixels, with a "Threshold" of 0. This is often a good place to start, after which you can adjust the Amount and Radius Sliders to suit yourself. As long as the "Preview" box is ticked you will see any changes that you make in the window. Then click on OK. Your changes will be made to the image.
